The Humour Foundation is at the forefront of broadening and deepening evidenced based research in our field.

Our presenters are a part of a team driving new understanding of The Humour Foundation’s work, including a PhD investigating the impact of Clown Doctors, and a NHMRC funded study looking at the impact of Elder Clowns in the aged care context.

Our speaker’s experiences and knowledge base is underpinned by the wealth of international research demonstrating the physiological and psychological benefits of laughter to health and well-being. Vitally, all presenters are regular practitioners of this research informed work.
