Honouring Kerry Reid

It is with a full yet heavy heart that we share the passing of Kerry Reid, our deeply beloved Clown Doctor, Dr Prim-Rose, and Laughter Care Specialist, Rosie Prim-Rose, who died peacefully in March with friends at her bedside.  

Kerry joined The Humour Foundation in 2009, bringing her beautiful, playful, cheeky, irreverent, sensitive, big-hearted work to thousands of children, parents and carers in South Australian hospitals as Dr Prim-Rose, and to many aged care residents as Rosie Prim-Rose in her role as a much-loved Laughter Care Specialist.  

A truly gifted performer, colleague, and friend, Kerry’s grand spirit was never dimmed. She will be deeply missed and grandly celebrated by all who knew and loved her.
